Mike helped me buy my home after several months of looking. He has excellent processes and organization skills. The most helpful is the schedule he sets up for your home buying tasks from beginning to end. He's all business and attention to detail. He works behind the scenes to keep his sale on track.
WARNING! DO NOT USE! Mike Casey owner of Homes of Manitou Springs was our Property Manager for 21 months. He stopped communicating with our renters, left hundreds of dollars in damage undocumented during his final walk through, and is now suing us to pay him for 24 months of management instead of the 21 months he actually worked for.
Horrible real estate agent. We asked for Mike’s services when we were moving back and he never sent any leads. He went to a few properties we sent him and he sent very poorly shot videos and unhelpful descriptions. We found a better agent in town. She was great helping us find a property while out of town and ended finding us our forever home.
RecommendedMike is so incredibly helpful! He found us our wonderful home back in 2009, and he's been so helpful ever since. I would work with Mike any day!
Without Mike, we would never have been able to get in to our first home. Mike made a very complicated process easy to understand and was honest and upfront with everything the entire time. It's hard to know who to trust in the world today, but Mike is one of the good guys. You'll be glad you gave him a call.
