Poor communication and lack of effort in these children. This is our future and some of these “foster parents” are only on it for the money
They don't listen to the child at all about things going on in the foster homes and only take into consideration what the foster parent has to say which gets documented for the next foster parent to see and if it's something bad that they had to say the child doesn't get accepted into that home. The reports follow the child and determine the child's living situation so if one foster parent treated them poorly and lied about them it affects the rest of their time in the system.
