We had a radon test done. Tim scheduled us right away (the machine was available). He explained everything about the radon test. He picked it up promptly after 48hrs with results on the spot! highly recommend. Very nice person.
Tim was very professional, thorough and kind. This is my first time buying a home and I had a lot of questions. He was very patient with me, taking the extra time to explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would highly recommend Tim.

Tim Negrilla is awesome. He is knowledgeable and he did a very detailed, comprehensive inspection. He is professional yet pleasant and has a delightful sense of humor. He made an otherwise mundane task interesting and it was stress free. I highly recommend Tim, he went over and above a regular home inspection, nothing was overlooked!
