Tim was amazing - thorough, personable, and genuinely funny! He made the inspection process easy to understand and even enjoyable. We’d absolutely recommend him and would use him again without hesitation!!
Tim Negrilla was our inspector while we relocated to Michigan from Florida. Super professional, kind, and extremely patient as he he explained everything he found in the house. 10/10 would recommend him to literally anyone.
Tim was great to work with, very personable and brought his sense of humor with him. During the review process he took us back to that section of house to show us what he was referencing in the picture and provided recommendations. Would recommend for inspections
Tim was very professional, gave prompt response when we reached out to schedule, thorough, walked us through very simple explanations of every issue he found, and overall was really easy to work with. He gave us a few tips for how to set things up around the house based on his firefighting experience as well which was helpful as first time homebuyers.
Home inspection was completed today, very impressed! Very professional. Tim, explained things very clearly and made sure everything was done right. Highly recommend!
