We had a contract to buy a 1,000,000 property on the water it was everything we were looking for it had deep water a swimming pool nice dock nice yard in a quiet neighborhood everything was perfect except one major detail they did not disclose the water is bridge locked meaning you are very limited on the size boat you can own because of a train trestle bridge that is very low.
