I would like to start this review off by saying that it's unfair that there are only five stars to give because she deserves at least 10. I have never met an agent that will work harder for you and be in your corner more than she has been. And if you are new to the area she knows every street like the back of her hand and also pretty much has a connection for any type of work or business that you need information on. The most easy home buying experience ever. I can't thank her enough.
Is it difficult to find a cheaper rental?
Sonya, is from the area which was important for us. She always answered her phone and led us through the process step by step. We found out that when she makes a promise she keeps it.
We were incredibly fortunate to have been matched up with Sonya as our buyer's agent. She's a star! We were doing our house-hunting from all the way across the country, but with Sonya as our eyes and ears, we felt like we knew the places we saw almost as well as if we'd been there in person. Sonya arranged video tours for us and went out of her way to make sure we had detailed photos of every small nuance we were interested in at each property.
