This was literally my first foray into exploring options in the manufactured home market and I couldn't have asked for a better guide than Suzi Clapp. She was both professional and genuinely friendly and cheerful. My wife and I have been up and down the entire west coast looking at these homes and by far this is the best place to stop and buy your new home. The customer service is second to none one and the layouts are beautifully done. Once you stop and talk with any one of the associates you will be happy you did. This past visit I met Paul the GM, he is very knowledgeable and kind. Do yourself a favor and if you are looking for a new home go and see him you will not be disappointed.
