My wife and I have been up and down the entire west coast looking at these homes and by far this is the best place to stop and buy your new home. The customer service is second to none one and the layouts are beautifully done. Once you stop and talk with any one of the associates you will be happy you did. This past visit I met Paul the GM, he is very knowledgeable and kind. Do yourself a favor and if you are looking for a new home go and see him you will not be disappointed.

Tanya Abadilla has been the most kind and patient Sales Rep on the planet. She handled our continuous questions down to very detailed nuances and was 100% professional the entire time.
This is a wonderful place, and they are so knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help and answer questions. Their lot if very well planned out, maintained with lots of choices to walk through, which we appreciated. We were very impressed with Paul Carder and would recommend without hesitation.
