As someone struggling to find a solution for homeownership in today’s market I was incredibly impressed with the team here at Homes Direct. Paul, Sue and Justin were extremely professional and welcoming. The lot is immaculate and the homes are amazing. If you still think manufactured homes are like old trailer homes I highly recommend you come check out what they got at Homes Direct.
AFTERNOTE: Must in good conscience suggest buyers proceeed with extreme caution regarding Palm Harbor Homes (& probably any manufactured home purchase). After scrolling several dozens of 5-star reviews for Homes Direct (including on Yelp), I couldn't find a single one from anyone who had bought & moved into their manufactured home. NEGATIVE POST-PURCHASE REVIEWS FROM WERE ALARMING: Incorrect finishes & fixtures installed. Warranties not honored. Failure to return calls. This was literally my first foray into exploring options in the manufactured home market and I couldn't have asked for a better guide than Suzi Clapp. She was both professional and genuinely friendly and cheerful.
