Poor build and dishonest methods to push you into closing without fixes being completed on their build. They didn't even try to hide the fact that the house was slapped together, had over 100 mixed issues and if we hadnt forced for the inspector to check things out prior to closing then we would have had allot more issues. I am first time home buyer and I would never buy from or recommend these guys to anyone but my worst enemies.
hope you find your dream home with another builder .. homes by towne will make your home purchase a night mare
SIMPLE... DON'T BUILD WITH HOMES BY TOWNE CAN'T GET A BETTER WARNING THAN THAT..
