Kay was very helpful with my granddaughter and I, we sold our home in Wichita Kansas to a individual moving from the KC area and because Kay had sold her house in KC she asked if it would be OK to have Kay be the seller and buyer's agent for our house in Wichita. She was very helpful, especially since this old guy isn't very computer savvy. The whole process was stress free all the way through closing.
