I picked Josh Doyle because I had heard they made the custom home building process pretty seamless, and since I had never built a house before that was important to me. The process was really easy overall, and I especially appreciated how simple the pre-building process was. We love our new home! So much thought and craftsmanship goes into every detail! Kyle really helped make the process run more smoothly for us and has been instrumental in helping to problem solve hiccups along the way.
Things were great at first, but some of the contractors he uses don't call back or went out of business, so when there are issues your stuck in a bad situation. For our home it appears they didn't register their products so we loose out on warranties. Example is our AC unit stopped working and would be under warranty but it appears they didnt register it and didnt make us aware of it. My daughter’s family is building with them. Well behind schedule, poor workmanship by subcontractors, terrible project management. You’re doing good if someone shows up on the job site to work more than a day and a half a week, with very few exceptions. They don’t seem to care either.
We absolutely love our new home and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish, thanks to such a great team of people who made the process smooth and enjoyable. We truly love living in our HOME by Josh Doyle!
