It is absurd how this company has 2.6 stars. I recently contracted Homes By Innovative for a custom build and they took it out of the park with their unique traits. I have been holding off on leaving MY personal experience review just because we still have to communicate with HBI regarding certain aspects in the home and fear of a negative response from them, I have held off, but there is no point when I express our concerns with the house and nothing is considered under the warranty and we get hit with negative remarks.
