Homes by De Ramo Inc is one builder/contractor that I would NEVER recommend to anyone under any circumstances! He has extremely horrible management skills, terrible at his own profession and does not know how to work with his own subcontractors. He’s a bully and he treats his client like trash! Do yourself a favor and stay away! I could write a book of how he ruined my life and dreams of building our dream home. I had many subs walk away in the middle of the project due to him not paying them! He’s been building homes for “30 years” more like scamming people for 30 years.

Homes by DeRamo did not pay subs, which resulted in a lien on our property, took money for a change order in which he did not complete - that was straight theft -, did not complete in accordance to plan. Is work. Not to mention...this was my husbands “friend”. If he can do this to a friend don’t be surprised if he does it to you. A 1 star review is generous
