I would give Homes by Avi -5 stars if I could. This has been the worst experience of my life, and I strongly advise against building with them. From the start, they stressed reviewing documents since trades rely on them. We did, thoroughly. Yet on possession day—30 minutes before the appointment—they emailed saying our HVAC failed city inspection and they installed an ugly fan in the garage to meet CFM requirements. I had an amazing experience with Homes by AVI while searching for my perfect home. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the incredible team. Nancy, the office manager, was beyond helpful—she guided me through every step of the home-buying process with patience and professionalism. Poor service , no response after several emails. It’s been more than 7 month after getting keys and some of the seasonal work still pending and keep on saying that we don’t have supply for the materials. While the other home by “homes by Avi” in same lane are completely finished and their construction was started we got our keys Don’t buys from them , otherwise you have to beg for everything to get it done There so called customer service specialists “Lori Perin” has zero customer service skills I wish I could give zero
