Poor service , no response after several emails. It’s been more than 7 month after getting keys and some of the seasonal work still pending and keep on saying that we don’t have supply for the materials. While the other home by “homes by Avi” in same lane are completely finished and their construction was started we got our keys Don’t buys from them , otherwise you have to beg for everything to get it done There so called customer service specialists “Lori Perin” has zero customer service skills I wish I could give zero

See my review on Homes By Avi’s main page. Poor quality builder with no attention to detail, they prefer to take shortcuts. Save your money, don’t waist your time cause they will waist yours.
