Please tell your maintenence staff to stop illegally blocking the bicycle lane with your trash / recycling bins Inre River's Edge's response: they were not placed on the sidewalk. They were in the road in the bicycle lane. This is not the first time; and I simply do not believe that the city sends workers out to your place to set your bins by the street for pickup. Investing in a condo and moving to Homes At River's Edge over two years ago was one of the BEST decisions we've ever made. The Team at Pure is excellent, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We love the view, neighborhood, and city-vibe of the North Monroe area. It's a great place to call HOME.

We have lived in the Homes at River's Edge for a little over 2 years. We purchased our top floor unit soon after they went on the market. Our time has been great. PERFECT location and it is only getting better. The space is ample for us (3 bedroom+2.5 Bath). It is a smaller building by number of units so it is a quiet and private place. Indoor parking is a huge plus. PURE management has been very helpful and welcoming. When units go on the market again JUMP on one of them.
