It's been a year since we purchased a house through Ira and his team. Ira has an incredible knowledge of real estate in the area. Actually we had chosen the homes in The Villages we wanted to see, and he was great about going to see those and not pushing anything on us. We really had no idea where the location was in TV for the places we had chosen, and he let us know the pros and cons of them. He was knowledgeable and what he didn't know, quickly found the answers for us. When we were interested in a particular house, he took a video of the house for us. He quickly answered phone calls and texts. He made us comfortable with our purchase. The office kept us well informed of everything that was happening. We highly recommend them!
