My wife and I went there because a co-worker of mine highly recommended them and let me tell you Chris and Bob are wonderful people. These guys took us step by step because it was our first time buying a home. Very helpful and will keep you informed on everything. I was told by a realtor that what I was wanting to do (buy land to put down a permanent mobile home with new well and septic) was very difficult, and she ended up giving up on me. I found Bob Wood at HAA, and he spent lots of time with me checking out land, and even walking the survey lines to make sure I knew what I was getting.
