Everything was great until we moved out. We lived in the same house for 3 years. The house was cleaner when we left it then when we moved in. Every nail hole in the wall from hanging family pictures, was patched and sanded. The things that they held our deposit back was for things such as tightening the ceiling fan blades and door knobs! After our house was poorly repaired for a water leak when we moved in , it slowly deteriorated the washing room drywall and created black mold and leakage to the master bedroom. When asking for accommodations for an offsite stay (motel or hotel) during the repair, we were yelled at, threatened with legal action and berated. Please note, there were numerous "house inspections" during the period of 2015 and 2016 by the Homes4Lease employees. It would have been presumed they would have noticed a black mold issue.
