Due to the unfortunate circumstances that were passed on to the rental company, they have done a tremendous job on keeping Kings Crossing a float. The problem isn't the company but the homeowners that don't want to pay their dues and leave there tenants in the dark about the issues they really have in there units.
There's no Board members, the members don't live on the property and haven't had a meeing in 1 year 3 months, David ( a board member and he runs the management co) where they do that at oh at King Crossing, don't move here they SUCK!!!!!!! REALLY
