They closed the doors for good just before Halloween last year with little to no notice was a good place to work for but I just wish they would have gave more notice that what have been nice
Almost immediately after moving into our remodeled house the Homer hardwood floors started showing failures. They scratched easy, gapped between boards, and chipped. They show signs of a poor quality wood being used. It took a year to get the distributor to come out who told me that these floors were not wearing normally and he suspected that Homer had sourced wood from the SE U.S. instead of from Canada, which has harder woods.
