This realty is HORRIBLE. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL ! I have to reach out to them everyday trying to get an update on my application. It's excuse after excuse with this place. Haven't even signed a lease with them I can only see this getting worse. This whole office staff needs to be replaced. They give you attitude like your bothering them to simply do their jobs. Once they get your money. It's a whole different attitude! BEWARE !
Run from this company as it is owned by the people who own Weitlund Construction. They have stole our money on 11 houses and done nothing but lie and ignore the situation they have put all of us in... RUN
I wish I could give this zero stars. I rented my apt thru a guy who sold the property to homerun. After that I hated living there. They don't communicate well, professionally or in a timely manner. When I needed a plumber out they sent one without contacting me, they also did this when we needed the roof replaced. Went into the office and it was very unprofessional, secretary had jeans and a t-shirt on and wasn't at the desk. I had filled out an application for a property they had and told them the time crunch we was in. They said it would be 100 dollars cash for app and background checks fees. They told me it would be a week and they'd know something. Almost 2 weeks later we got a letter in the mail from them saying we was declined, no phone calls, just a mailed letter.
