I have called Haydee for the past 3 days in a row for a commercial listing. She hasn't answered or called back and now she sends me to voicemail. Very unprofessional.

Updates: 32 SE 9th has termites. Both upstairs and downstairs apartments. Do not believe when the "manager" Scott says the property is safe. It should be tented for pests, but they wojld rather spot treat and tell tenants "every property in downtown has termites". Facts: rental had termites, landlord didn't want to TENT the property. There should be a spot for zero stars. I was shown a property by Roger who told me if the application was in by Sunday night I would hear by wed. Then I got a call asking about where I was trying to rent two days later. It is a week later I called and was told I would be contacted. Still waiting. They have treated me like less than and got my $60. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else these people clearly pick and choose who they want to help get a place. Facts: rental had termites, landlord didn't want to TENT the property. We were infested and this landlord continued to advertise the apartments for rent without notifying potential tenants of pest situation. We were charged a cleaning fee against our deposit despite the mess of termite droppings, wings, and feces. There was evidence of rats when the dishwasher died. Do not trust Scott, or Bill. They listed a rental online for a 12-month minimum lease but then proceed to tell me I could only stay at the property for 7 months. False advertisement. Along with that, they are not very kind. I asked for a walkthrough video of the home as I’d be moving from quite a distance & could not come view the home anytime soon, but I was still interested in moving in. They refused to send a video because they “are not professional photographers”.
