John was simply amazing! He took the time with us to explain everything that he looked at and where solutions or remedies would be required on our home he was able to provide details on how to complete them. The report that he gave us came hastily and provided great detail. John provided us with the knowledge and understand to confidently move forward with our home purchase!!!
Our realtor recommended a few home inspection options when we were purchasing a home and I reached out to all of them for a quote. I couldn't get through to John when I called but he messaged me back not too much later and promised a quote by email later that day. From the beginning John’s professionalism and educational knowledge have been beyond reproach. After many issues were found during our home inspection, John even came back at our walkthrough to make sure everything was done correctly. It was at this time he noticed that the seller not only exchanged a piece of equipment for a lesser model but also due to a law that changed weeks before it was also considered unusable for the size of house we were purchasing. We had a great experience working with John for our home inspection. He’s highly professional, incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to check everything and was able to recommend solutions for down-the-road projects. He was also able to provide recommendations for specialists for all sorts of jobs and offered to be a resource for us beyond the inspection. Overall, we would highly recommend working with John.
I have used John and HomeRun Homes Inspection on two separate occasions and I would highly recommend his company.
