Have a unique heating system not many know how to work on and it broke down during the last cold snap. The Home Run team got to our unit fast was able to diagnose and looked into replacement parts right away. Unfortunately parts were out of inventory but they were able to think outside the box and got our unit repaired and up and running. Got us out of a big jamb.
Frank was an amazing technician! He diagnosed problem immediately and fixed our situation quickly. He went out of his way on a Friday night to make sure we had heat! Homerun Heating has an MVP with Frank! Highly recommend these guys!!! Taggar and Frank installed our new furnace and we love it! Very professional techs!
I initially had an issue with the way a quote was provided, and as a result cancelled the service request. Within an hour, I received a phone call from the service manager providing clarity on the quote and offering to make it right. Appreciated that level of customer service!
I had a larger project at hand, I was doing a complete remodel/renovation project and went from one ac/heat unit and added four based on Eric's recommendation to get better efficiency and control. The project was seamless and the entire crew at Homerun hit a Grand Slam! Job well done! I'd highly recommend these guy!
We’ve had Home Run Heating and Air work on our HVAC units a couple of times (different issues). They did a great job each time, we’re able to help us out very quickly, with good pricing. Would highly recommend.
