Always a favorite. Such inventive takes on Mac and cheese, with large enough servings to make for a hearty leftover to bring home.
We have eaten here a few times. I used to work right across the street however since not being at that job anymore as it sadly closed, we only come sporadically. Tonight we came on the way back through from SFO. Sam was our server and he was fantastic. Super good food. Good suggestions. mac & cheese is on point. Way to go. Wish we lived closer so we could have it more often.
Hands down my favorite mac and cheese spot in Oakland! It has a cozy, nostalgic schoolhouse vibe, the servers are wonderful, and the service is fast. I ordered the Gilroy Mac and Cheese late on a Friday night, and it was ready in under 15 minutes.
Homeroom is the best. I always get their Gilroy Garlic mac! Their green beans are surprisingly hella good.
