I am extremely grateful that Rickey Adkins was our property manager for many years while we were posted overseas. We always knew that someone who cared, was looking out for our home, making sure we had great tenants and that our home was well maintained. Rickey was excellent at communicating over the years and gave us peace of mind while ensuring that our home was in great shape for our return. Highly, highly recommended!!
Since Home River took over as my property management company all of my service calls have been handled much more promptly and by more professional vendors doing any work. Mary Egnor is my POC and she is amazing to work with. 5 stars.
Angela B. did an outstanding job providing guidance and direction in the final process of our rental home including utilities, payments, and moving in instructions. The emails were on point with required specifics ensuring a smooth transition towards our upcoming move in date with appropriate follow up on the various benchmarks.
