Had to change my rating from when I first moved in. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A RENTAL COMPANY IVE EVER HAD!!!
Nelson Virgo was amazing and he answered all of my questions. He also updated my move in date and sent out another lease in a very timely manner. Very professional and efficient service Update-A year later I didnt renew my lease...once I moved in I was technically on my own with everything. 1st off The water drain for the washing machine was not cut out which means house was not ready. I put in a maintenance request and they told me to cut it out myself which if you know that plastic cover is very thick I almost cut myself. ... read more
Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this company, they are a group who work for the owner of the home and if the owner chooses not to renew your lease, you're out..rent waa paid, we tore nothing up and they give you 30 days to get out.Save yourself the stress and go buy a home and thank me later They will also send a "inspector " out every yr to take pics of your house. When in fact he is just snooping and being nosey They will also attempt to do any and everything to keep your deposit.I am currently looking at suing them for pro... read more
