HomeRiver has managed three properties for me for many years. For most of this time I have worked with James Weber as my property manager who has always done a great job.. Now, however, I am looking forward to working with a new property manager because James has accepted a new position. I'm sure he will be great in whatever position he holds. He is very responsive, polite and thorough.
Their maintenance support is the worst I've ever seen! They either don't fix problems with your residency or there's countless delays. I've had issues on the property since May. It's now the end on July
Wish I could do zero stars. Do not ever rent from this company in the Pittsburgh/Ellwood City area. Between roaches, neighbors drunk 24/7and pepper spraying each other, screaming at all hours of the day and night, owner trying to blame tenant for owner issues, dog shit all over the place, you will literally be straight up ignored and still expected to pay rent on time.
