While my experience with Home River, which managed my rental property for two years, was dismal and frustrating, I want to point out that Maria Henderson's work on my behalf was outstanding. Maria Divina was professional and very courteous. She patiently listened to me, heard me and understood my frustration. She realized the fees were not appropriate. She is moving it along with her recommendation. I truly appreciate her.
I just recently started working with Jacqueline Nuzzo and she has been great and easy to work with. She just took over at a critical time where my tenant moved out and we are in the process of getting new tenants in the property. I look forward to working with her in the future. Only constructive criticism is on the owner portal. It could be a little more user friendly.
Although Jeremiah was unable to directly help me with my concern, he was extremely helpful, respectfully and patiently took my information to assess what he could do, pointed me in the best direction to obtain the answer to my inquiry. Very much appreciated. He was also friendly, and one could hear in his voice that he is interested in giving good customer service.
We have recently relocated to the apartment , where Maria has been exceptionally attentive and has swiftly addressed our repair needs. Numerous items required repair or replacement, and she has been instrumental in facilitating these requests. Maria consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we receive the necessary services. Her assistance has been invaluable, and I am profoundly grateful for her support.
