I have been with HomeRiver for about 2 years now and the customer service has been great so far. When there has been a problem, it has been promptly addressed. I like the fact that I can use my phone or computer for all my needs, payments, maintenance request, etc. I not sure of the move out process, I'm currently still in my home. I've seen such bad reviews on that process.

Our AC hasn’t been working since Friday and no one will get back with us. We have a new baby and he is extremely hot. We were given multiple phone numbers to call but no one ever answers.

Another update Everytime you try to call someone in the office it takes at least 10 to 12 minutes to get through their answering service just to leave yet another voice-mail to go unanswered. This is the absolute worst property management group I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ignoring tenants seems to be their favorite way to deal with problems. They don't respond. But they will take your application fee.

Very poor property management group. The 24/7 Maintenance service they advertise is entirely false. Both the property manager and the maintenance coordinator have no idea what is actually going on at the property with repairs nor do they care. Horrible place to rent from. Update we have now been the unfortunate tenants of Home River group with Karissa Rudsell as our regional property manager for 3 long months.
