Thanks Abigail Pereira, for your patience and guidance throughout this process. I will admit I was a bit confused and frustrated with the whole application part. Abigail and Tammy were there for me and helped me "A LOT" to get through it all. Thanks guys you both get a 5 Star rating.

Horrible Property Manager. Worst I have ever had. I would not recommend anyone use them. I have used three others and this is by far the worst. Later Edit: They made this worse by inspecting my property and indicating to me there was a leak in kitchen sink pipes. I hired a plumber myself and they came out and tested and said there was no leak. $175 down the drain for no reason. Beware property owners. They will overcharge you for services with astronomical prices and go outside of their contract limits and fight you over a refund. Also they will take over two weeks of just giving you the run around before getting an actual answer. Save yourself time and use a different company. Will be seeking legal advice to resolve issues with this company.

This is the worst company to ever rent from. Customer service does not have access to anything your issue is about. They keep transferring the issue to other departments but never give you the contact information to handle it with that department. Then you never hear back from them. They don't resolve the issue no matter how many times you call about it. And now every single contact number in every state and city is out of service.
