Very painful experience. It was rocky from the start, but I still gave them a chance. I initially contacted this company in hopes of being relieved of stress as a landlord while I relocate to care for family and also travel for military responsibilities. It was the complete opposite. I lost so much money with them due to "hidden fees" that were not disclosed, initially. They didn't help diffuse tenant issues and concerns promptly, including tenants entering non-payment status. We are renting someone's 900k house....there is a MAJOR leak coming from the second floor to the first floor. They have had two people come out to try to fix the issue - nothing. It's still leaking like crazy and causing who knows how much damage. Waiting for the 3rd person to come out and fix it but there is a frustrating language/communication barrier between us and their overseas, out-sourced service department.
