I am a resident at Home River Group I spoke with a lady today. She was very nice. Help me get my pay voucher so I can pay my rent. She went above her duties to help me solve this problem. I sure appreciate her help and I wish there were more people in the world like here.
Very disappointing experience with HomeRiver Group. At first everything seemed professional, but once we received the lease agreement, the situation became extremely concerning. The contract was overloaded with unclear fees, conflicting terms, and vague charges that were never properly explained despite multiple requests for clarification. As someone who works in the industry, this has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. Every single step of the process has been an obstacle and unnecessarily difficult. Aside from the excellent customer service from the leasing consultant, the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disorganized from start to finish. 0/10
