If i could rate them at less than 1 star i would. Stay away from them. They will only communicate when they want something. You can not get a person to answer a phone. We moved out recently and a few weeks after we received two claims from our Rhino policy demanding we pay for repairs to the house. We tried to get HRG to inspect the house when we moved out. They would not. I have tried to get explanation from them on the charges. It took two weeks to get anything back, but still not a clear answer as to what. I posted a nega... read more
