They took over from another management company. First month they said to pay online but didn’t provide an accurate website or login information. Second month online payment said successful but I then find late fees on my account. Gave a paper check not paying late fee since I made my payment early. Third month I finally get online payments set up and it took days to clear in the meantime I gave a check. When the online payment went through I said void the check. The worse property management in the treasure valley area!
Don’t rent from here. The fees are outrageous and they won’t work with you and reverse even one fee. I literally typed one number in wrong from my account number and they charged me $75 in fees. And then I lost track of time and paid my rent literally 2 hours past their deadline. Charged another $75. Which they told me both were irreversible even though I had the money in my account and paid it immediately as soon as it happened.
