Maurice Bunye was very helpful in answering questions
Honestly a great experience. I had a few bad experiences with private land lords, so I chose to go with a property management company (weird right?) - and honestly - it’s been a pretty solid experience. Combination of a great property owner and a friendly and fair management company. I don’t see myself leaving any time soon.
They are good management but the fees they charged was to expensive when the new management took over it was cheeper. But for the most part for the last two year they were good.
