Alisa with HomeRiver Boise has been amazing. There were some minor issues before she took over the complex I live in. She fixed everything the first day I spoke with her, listened to what I was saying and there was never any issues after that. She truly cares about her tenants and their livelihood.
Fast, friendly service, very explanatory of the problem, fast response time, and meld was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Very kind and polite. Got the problem fixed in a short amount of time.
The property that I have rented is very nice, quiet neighborhood, awesome pool that I loved taking my son. Staff was very friendly.
I've rented from 4 different property management companies, and this was the first one willing to work with me on my Deposit refund amount. They provide a really nice app for move in inspection, which is very thorough.
They don’t fix things and they don’t answer or return phone calls unless it’s to their overseas call center. I’ve got live wires outside abd and a tub that hasn’t been usable since we moved in 2 years ago
