If it would allow zero stars, that would be the rating id give them. They don't get back to you unless you make a big deal of it. They expect you to pay for any maintenance that is done on your unit. My garbage disposal has been busted for 3 months and the only response I have gotten for that was a diy video. They are too large of a company to have enough people to manage the properties they have properly. *Update 1.18.2025 I bought and installed my own disposal. No one ever came to correct the issue. Can't say this was a good experience at all. Where do I start. They post a $0 deductible to hook people and add *Restrictions apply, but don't disclose what those restrictions are anywhere. There was a deposit after all just a different name for it. They communicate through a findigs platform with very delayed responses. It's very frustrating to reach an actual person. Calling there number routes you to people in India. I spoke to some lady named Vince. Very nice but didn't resolve any of my questions. I called 2 numbers the... read more
