Had some maintenance requests done By Steve R and he did a great job and was very efficient!
UPDATE: they responded to this review and then deleted it a few days later? It was a very very very long response that could be summed up as "we didn't do that since we have policies in place". At one point they tried to argue they aren't difficult to reach and they even have an office in meridian. I know. I actually went once and the doors are all locked. I rang the doorbell until someone came down and they told me "we don't allow people without an appointment" when I asked if I could set one up she said no. I guess PR noti... read more
Save yourself a headache and find a different management group. As a property owner it is almost impossible to reach your property manager by anything other than email. They dropped the ball so often and then trying to talk to someone to resolve an issue was a nightmare.
