My property manager, Alisa Burditch is the best property manager I have ever had with HomeRiver Group. She is responsive, respectful, and extremely helpful in solving any issues that come up. I feel so fortunate to be able to work with her.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with previously but they seem to have hired some new employees that actually know what they’re doing. Now that we have contact info for the person who manages our area (after four months already living here) it’s been a lot better and easier to handle things that come up. If the good continues I’ll probably boost the rating but because of the struggles endured just trying to get a rental from them I think two stars is still appropriate. Listen to the reviews and don't rent from this company. If you check trustpilot, yelp, google, 98% of the reviews are negative. If you are desperate, just be patient, pray, and keep looking because HOME RIVER GROUP is a scam. I rented from them for 1 year. They found a way to keep my 3100 security deposit, charging me for things that already needed fixing prior to me signing the lease. I was charged double garbage fees each month.
