Alyssa and her team have been so beyond responsive, and have helped to solve all of our problems in an extremely timely manner. Our house wasn’t move in ready when we got the keys (unbeknownst to the homeriver group) and they have gone above and beyond to make it right, to get things ready, do repairs, and even small cosmetic work. they’ve been so helpful and have really made me feel confident in their ability to respond and take action.
How in the hot-diggety holy horrendous haay dees does Home River stay in biz? Just what the heckling is it with upper mgmt ? I cant get a return phone call from Jared Dumcan to save my life! I guess basic communication and customer service are no longer part of the job description. I have delt with a lot of managers, Alisa by far is the best, she is easy to contact, will always get back with me, and keep me well informed about my units.
