Josheph did a great job replacing the door knob for us.
The only complaint I have is the dumpsters at most of their complexes have become dumping grounds for furniture and loose trash that make it look disgusting. If they managed their garbage it would be so much better.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with previously but they seem to have hired some new employees that actually know what they’re doing. Now that we have contact info for the person who manages our area (after four months already living here) it’s been a lot better and easier to handle things that come up. If the good continues I’ll probably boost the rating but because of the struggles endured just trying to get a rental from them I think two stars is still appropriate.
