They are not keeping up on weed removal on a 5-plex property on Cherry Ln in Boise. In some places weeds are 3 ft high. Tenant driveways have weeds. Such a shame. Hopefully they will clean it up soon. Time will tell.

Edit: After buying a home and giving 45 day written notice, HRG is trying to charge us a full month’s rent when our lease is up on the 15th. They’re claiming because I didn’t give enough notice in the renters portal I need to pay the full month. This is illegal. Our lease agreement clearly states to give formal written notice to their PO Box in Denver (which I did, I have receipts). There is no mention of also giving notice in the portal. She is very helpful kind and courteous. And is willing to go the extra mile.
If I could leave zero stars, trust me- I would. This is by far, THE WORST property management company I have ever used and had the displeasure of renting from. Mentally prepare yourself to have this PM company steam roll you on your deposit when you move out. They will not provide an itemized list of expenses to you because they are banking on the fact that you do not know your tenant rights or know theirs by law.
