Yesterday, 7/2/25, we had a done deal on a truck, confirmed as a sale and were so happy! We got dressed and headed towards Memphis. In transit we were informed that the truck was being driven by Mr X, and later said the truck was sold! We sadly turned around and came home to find out the truck had been listed for extra $500 and was still for sale. Sales staff made mistake and LIED!!!!! These people are crooks and will sell their integrity right out from under you. STAY CLEAR-CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at Homer Skelton Hyundai. I brought my 2016 Hyundai Equus in for suspension repairs under warranty on November 4, 2024, and my vehicle remained with the dealership for 38 days, during which time the repair process was plagued by delays, poor communication, and unresolved issues.
