Great front desk and scheduling experience. I react under overhead brights and they brought a lamp to the exam room.
I've lived a lot of places and HMC has shown the most caring and competence of all the other medical facilities I've used.
As a patient advocate I am horrified with the incompetence of the nurse and the staff at this clinic. My patient has waiting over a week for a prescription to be called in for shingles. She has suffered needlessly as the staff is unable to expedite a simple prescription order! For the love of God get a competent staff in this facility .
My health is their first priority. Thank you all for your courteous service
Went to Homer Medical for many years. High turnover and poor training for front desk. Very incompetent and they never own up. They will always blame you for the mi's direction and poor service. Anna Williams is one of the worst. I'm pretty sure she's there because she can breathe and shows up every day. I've had several misdiagnosed issues from her and she will not refer I'd you need it.
