We are on holiday in Homer and needed to see a medical professional. From my first contact with staff in the parking lot to our last interaction, the service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and caring. Thank you so much for the excellent care.
I saw Anna Williams sometime in 2021 for herniated discs. She did an xray and told me that she didn't think I have herniated discs, and that the reason I'm in pain is because I was overweight and my att poor mental health was contributing to my pain. At the time I had to use a cane because of the pain and still do some days. I do in fact have herniated discs. We were visiting Homer as tourists when my mother developed an issue. They were able to see her via telehealth quickly, they resolved her problem, and we were able to continue on our trip as planned. The doctor was very nice and the staff were very empathetic and helpful. This place is great! Thanks so much!
Dr looked a Google for symptoms. Mis diagnosed an ear infection. Rude staff. Will not honor referrals. Doesn't trust patients. If you complain, they don't care. Try SVT, it's better.
