It is a shame when you go for your ACA preventive physical and tell them that is all you want and yet they do blood work that ends up costing you and your wife $1,100. The only reason they got 1 star is that they didn't kill me, just tried to bankrupt me. You can't trust them at all.
Wife went in for a yearly physical and we got billed over $500 even though we are on insurance I get through my workplace. Front desk asked us to talk to billing and all billing would say is that we didn't meet the yearly deductible. No matter how many times I explained that a yearly physical is preventive care covered by the ACA and the deductible doesn't matter I just kept getting the same response "didn't meet the deductible". Great front desk and scheduling experience. I react under overhead brights and they brought a lamp to the exam room.
I've lived a lot of places and HMC has shown the most caring and competence of all the other medical facilities I've used.
