Johanna, Catriona, Jessie and Joy. These ladies are the absolute best. They are kind, helpful and so very patient, even in the face of unhappy people. Bills from HEA are never a cause for celebration, but thank goodness these awesome individuals are available and they really understand our needs because they are actually located in the State they serve.
Is it just me that’s tired of paying this cost of power adjustment? I thought they promised us years ago that as soon as that new power plant was built in Nikiski we’d see that extra fee go away, we’re still waiting! I feel like we’re getting gouged!!

I just talked to Nicki at Homer Electric about establishing a new line (we have been “off grid” for 12 years). Nicki gave me good information about how to go about getting connected.
Seems like a monopoly.
