Taina was a pleasure to work with - she provided all information and was quick and efficient on a rental property. The transaction with the landlord was smooth and Taina made herself available from beginning to the end of the transaction. Very satisfied.
Be cautious when dealing with Candance Joseph. An apartment listed everywhere for $1,800 was suddenly raised to $1,900 once I moved forward and mentioned I’d be using government assistance. Changing the price under those circumstances feels deceptive and unprofessional. Listings should reflect the actual price, not shift based on who is applying.
The entire house selling was smooth, free stress, and my realtor was professional, knowledgeable about what she was doing.Thank you for the great experience.
