THE WORST!! I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to realtor, Lily Tsai. Our conversation started with her answering the phone with a "Ya" in a very irritated tone while still speaking to someone else in the background. I told her I was interested in a property and again she answered with a short, "Ya".
