I had never heard of HomePromise but I found them while looking at companies to refinance my VA loan on my rural home (on well and septic). We built an energy-efficient, partially-bermed home in Georgia. As with most new construction, the cost was higher than expected. Home Promise was an amazing company to work with for our refinance. Caleb was assigned our mortgage, and he was so on top of the entire process. He answered all of our calls, was diligent to explain anything needed, and was able to deliver on time, even with the Covid-19 ordeal. I'm a disabled veteran, was looking to buy a Geodesic home, I contacted several loan agencies that specialize in VA home loan, they all said the VA doesn't make loans for this design of homes. Just wanted to leave a review about Home Promise and specifically Caleb. We did a VA refinance. Caleb keeps you informed every step of the way, he was there to answer our many questions and concerns.
