I was referred to Home Pro and Drue as the point of contact by a coworker of mine. I spoke with Drue for some time prior to pulling the trigger, he answered all of my questions before committing to a full roof replacement. Once everything got started it was a breeze. Drue and his team handled everything from start to finish. We spoke with Griffin at our home to our roof replaced. We all sat down and decided on what type of roof and cost to replaced. We had one major concern our deductible was a bit steep, and we had to come out our pocket with it. The repairs took longer than normal, to be exact almost one year. We had to go back and forth several times because there were items that need to be repaired that were not on the adjusters form that needed attention. I had a horrible experience with the Richardson, Texas branch. A representative, Craig Driesse, pressured me into signing a contract I later canceled within the legal three-business-day window, as allowed under Texas law and outlined in their own agreement. Despite canceling in writing and receiving acknowledgement, they continued to harass me for a cancelation fee and eventually threatened to file a mechanics lien, even though no work was ever started, no materials were delivered, and the contract was properly canceled.
