I have used Frank twice. First time was fine. Last time not so much. He missed SEVERAL problems with my house that is costing me tens of thousands of dollars. Structural, visible mold, a roof that is much older than what the seller stated. I’m disgusted. You sign the papers he brings, you’re at the inspection, excited to be there and not reading all the disclaimers you just want to get on with the inspection. Frank missed some electrical issues during our home inspection that cost us money. The electrician that fixed the worst of these issues said that our home inspector should have absolutely caught some of the electrical issues with our house.
Frank was knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with overall. I’ll definitely call him again. He knows how to make the 203k process go smoothly.
