Incorrect information put on a home inspection report. When you try and speak with some one about this you get blown off and told they inspector will call you and it never happens. Inspector Rick put down a furnace was 8 years old and not well maintained because it wasn't serviced since 2014. It very hard for this to be true when the manufacture date on the furnace say 9/24/15 (it says this in two places on the outside making it hard to miss) and the furnace wasn't installed until April of 2016.
We had our prospective home inspected recently by George Cline. In all our home buying experience, we have never seen a more professional,thorough and meticulous inspection with such devotion to every detail. He was very pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. All in all it has been a wonderful experience.
We have had 2 properties inspected by Steve and have been very impressed. He explained all aspects of the inspection to us as we walked through. It amazed me that he did late afternoon inspections w/ us and had the report emailed to us by 8am the following day. The report was very thorough and included great photos to highlight the problem areas. These inspections have been invaluable in our buying decisions. What else can I say?
