HomePro installed our A/C and Furnace just before we moved in. We have had nothing but issues with this company and their work. They lack communication and follow through. My family has been without heat completely at least 10 times all when it is extremely cold. Water heater freezes in this temperature as well. The furnace drain pipe runs outside and freezes. (it's Indiana) And furnace installed is not big enough for the square footage of my house yet they refuse to take any blame. Riser box and pipes are not insulated... read more

RecommendedHighly recommend! Our air conditioning completely went out on a Wednesday, the house got up to 83 degrees. We called around 3pm trying to get someone out the same day, but there were 24 others completely without air in front of us, so they told us they would get someone out on Thursday (other companies it would be Friday or Sunday). Recently I had an issue with the blower motor in my furnace. It was kind enough to lock up at 3:00am. I got in contact with Rick once they opened and he had a guy out before noon, problem diagnosed, and part ordered within a couple hours. He contacted me the next afternoon and let me know the part was in and had his guy button it all up. These guys were fast, friendly, and did quality work. I’ll gladly call these guys again for my heating and cooling needs.
Home Pro cleaned my duct work today and did a tremendous job. As a skilled tradesman myself I know a little about the industry and the guys at Home Pro went 110% above any beyond any service I have ever had A+A+A+ I will call Home Pro for all my heating and cooling needs
