Matt (the owner) was out to my house quicker than any of the other contractors I called, and was by far the most professional. He was kind enough to stay around while I grilled him about several other questions I had on other problems. I got a very professional packet with an easy to read breakdown of the costs and timeframes involved. They stayed out of the way as much as possible, were quiet (no blaring radios here!), and were happy to answer questions. They even cleaned as they went along with the 4 days of work!
