Tim Paris was unprofessional with my mother’s Mortgage application. For more than three weeks he kept asking for additional documents. Every time we sent him a document he would say that is all he needed, the call back with another request to have some other document. I believe that this delayed closing for more than two weeks. In this delay, my mom had to pay rent to the builder since they also thought we were closing early. This additional rent came up to more than $4,000.00. Excellent in every regard. Joe at HomePlus was attentive, responsive, and creative in helping find the right mortgage for us here in Houston, TX.
