I’ve been to homeplace on numerous occasions to visit and I love the atmosphere and how there are separate (but connected) living areas depending on a residents care needs. I’ve also noticed for a memory care facility, that having the ability to go outside and to other areas while being safe helps those that feel the need to ‘go somewhere’ all the time. My mom, June Brock, has been a resident of Oak Harbor Home Place since May of 2024. Because of the professionalism and super caring nature of the entire staff, she settled in to her new home with ease. She really love being there. The staff has taken her in and treats her with a ton of love and total respect, just like she was their own family member. I am so thankful for Home Place Oak Harbor.
