Recommended this company to a homeowner who could no longer afford the monthly payments and maintenance on their home. He couldn't sell because he had to come out if pocket quite a few thousand in closing costs in addition to not enough equity. He was relocating due to the pandemic to another state with an employment opportunity and needed to move asap. He said the process was easy and quick. Took him less than 3 weeks.
For the second time in 15 years I had to move across the country in a hurry. I'm thankful to find this company to help me. They took over my payments and home and I was able to leave and take care of my business with family. Grateful for this service!
