I have been a very pleased with the rental management services provided by Homeowners Property Management (HPM). I have used their services from 01/2015 to 07/2019, and we have had very high occupancy and very few months without tenants. It has been nearly one week since the rapid appearance of roaches in our condo. The HPM contacted the homeowner once and he denied responsibility. But once it was explained that the HOA was violating their terms and that a recent neighbor/hurricane Florence, or the allowance of excessive trash and debris outside our dwelling has occurred, they "reported the information to the owner" again.
