I rented a home from this company and it's been an awesome experience. The home was neat and clean when I moved in, the inspectors, office staff, and the Leasing agents were all very professional, friendly and quick to address any concerns. Ms. Kelly is a gem, and both the inspectors, Markus, and Leon were also great!
Absolutely the worst rental company, would never recommend to anyone. When we moved in the house was absolutely disgusting, not cleaned at all, when we moved out we got charged $250 for a cob web on the light fixture & burnt out bulbs (which were burnt out when we moved in) lol, never got around to any work orders, oven did not work for months. 10/10 would not recommend. Do not waste your time or money
I have been a very pleased with the rental management services provided by Homeowners Property Management (HPM). I have used their services from 01/2015 to 07/2019, and we have had very high occupancy and very few months without tenants. Inevitable, tenant issues or concerns have arisen, and every time, HPM addresses the issues with competence, concern, and professionalism to the best benefit of all involved. I've been a tenant over 7 years and can't ever imagine doing business with any other real estate company. The entire staff including leasing, inspection, maintenance and property management departments are extremely professional, courteous, amicable and considerate.
