Had a leaky toilet and decided to try to fix on my own. In removing the suspect part, a piece of it broke off. I called this place and was told they had the part. Owner (?) said he didn't know if it would fix the problem. It did not. In researching online found the part had been recalled. Flushmate sent me all new parts and even provided a plumber to install. very helpful and owner/ operator. he said that he has been doing this for many years, and it shows in the way he takes care of customers. he is a one man band though, so you may have to wait a bit. that's worth it though!
